Boston

Nana and PawPaw took care of Jackson so that we could go to Boston and watch the fireworks.  We attempted to go see the USS Constitution , but the vice-president was taking it out for the bi-annual outing so we were out of luck.  We walked around the city and enjoyed all the 4th of July festivities going on.  We ate lunch at the best little Italian food restaurant in the North End.  The food was amazing!  We stayed at the oldest hotel in the US, the Omni Parker House.  It was really nice.  We were too late to get a good seat at the fireworks and we ended up watching them from our hotel television that night.  The crowds were ridiculous and we showed our age and went home.  The next morning we got up and went for a run along the river and walked around the city some more.  We finished our Boston adventure at Legal Seafood and enjoyed some tasty crab cakes and tuna.  We had a blast even without the fireworks!
